The 1st appearance of The Lizard. Dr. Curt Connors, a one-armed scientist living in the Florida Everglades, attempts to re-grow his arm using reptile DNA, but it instead turns him into a human lizard who wants to create a lizard army to take over the world. Spider-Man goes to Florida and turns The Lizard back into his human form of Connors.
