Peter blames himself for it. They were in Berlin at the time working on a story and Ned was murdered. Kingpin’s upset that Foreigner killed Hobgoblin without clearing it with him first. He later finds out they stole $50,000 from a famine relief fund and finds them and gets them to confess to the authorities.
