Ultron-13 steals a box of the synthetic vibranium. Iron Man and Sunturion follow him into the sewer, defeat him, and get the vibranium back. The synthetic vibranium in its raw form turns into antarctic vibranium and melts metal. Iron Man figures out a way to get it all safely away before it melts all of New York.

Sunturion is about to blast everyone when Iron Man comes in and takes him out. Spider-Man hits Sunturion with a microwave beam that turns him back into Arthur Dearborn. Everybody leaves. Ultron-13 wants the Vibranium to make himself invincible and creates an army of androids to steal it. Iron Man, Spidey, and Black Panther reconvene at the Roxxon lab later. Spidey and Panther fight the android army and Ghost fights Ultron-13. Ghost loses. Iron Man stops Dearborn from getting away and downloads data from Roxxon’s computer. Ultron-13 agrees to help Kingpin get the secrets of the synthetic vibranium.

Spider-Man and Black Panther are suspicious of Roxxon and investigate their lab just as The Ghost breaks in. They fight him for a while and then Sunturion shows up to kill all of them for trying to destroy Roxxon property.

Spider-Man is hired by Sapirdyne through Silver Sable to neutralize Cardiac. Spider-Man agrees. They set up a sting. But Sapirdyne also plants Boomerang on the boat to take out Spider-Man. Spidey and Cardiac fight. Boomerang tries to take out Spidey but Spidey sends him into the water. Cardiac manages to blow up the barrels and escape.

The symbiote climbs in the window and attaches to Eddie and they break out the wall. Some of the symbiote is left behind and drips next to Cletus Kasady’s hand after Eddie leaves.

“The Reckoning”

Spider-Man saved everybody from the bomb just before Simon Steele set it off. Dominic Fortune goes into the hospital after faking a heart attack to lure an assassin. After the assassin shoots a dummy of Fortune and thinks he killed him, he leaves and heads back to Steele. Fortune, Spider-Man, and Sable follow. Fortune finds his old love Sabbath and she explains to him how she ended up marrying Steele. Simon Steele is defeated. Fortune and Sabbath try again at love.
