He breaks Thunderball out of jail but is stopped by Darkhawk. They fight for a while before Spider-Man shows up and helps out. Thunderball creates a distraction and Midnight knocks down Spidey and Darkhawk and gets away with Thunderball.Learn More

The Amazing Spider-Man #220 (1981)

“A Coffin For Spider-Man!” Rating: 4/5 Writer: Michael Fleisher Artist: Bob McLeod Moon Knight is back and teams up with Spider-Man to try and take down The Syndicate. Moon Knight is pretending to be a criminal and stealing things for some underground competition to become the new secretary for the Syndicate. As secretary, he would then have a file that would allow him to put away tons of high profile criminals.

Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man #023 (1978)

“Guess Who’s Buried in Grant’s Tomb?” Rating: 4/5 Writer: Bill Mantlo Artist: Jim Mooney Cyclone thinks he’s killed Spider-Man and Moon Knight and leaves. But obviously, they’re both still alive. Moon Knight knows of a Maggia meeting and they figure out where it’s going to be and crash the party. They fight a bunch of thugs and defeat Cyclone. But “Big M” the leader of the Maggia manages to avoid being seen.

“By the Light of the Silvery Moon Knight!” Rating: 4/5 Writer: Bill Mantlo Artist: Mike Zeck Moon Knight is looking for the leader of the Maggia. While he’s interrogating a member of the Maggia to find out who the leader is, Spider-Man starts a fight with him, thinking he’s trying to kill the guy. Cyclone shows up (Spider-Man met him in France when Jameson was kidnapped a while back).
