Moon Knight knows of a Maggia meeting and they figure out where it’s going to be and crash the party. They fight a bunch of thugs and defeat Cyclone. But “Big M” the leader of the Maggia manages to avoid being seen.

While he’s interrogating a member of the Maggia to find out who the leader is, Spider-Man starts a fight with him, thinking he’s trying to kill the guy. Cyclone shows up (Spider-Man met him in France when Jameson was kidnapped a while back).
