Rating: 3/5

Writer: J.M. DeMatteis
Artist: Sal Buscema

Puma is going to assassinate a senator to show his power to the world and Spider-Man tries to stop him. Puma also wants to prove his superiority over Spider-Man, but Black Crow helps him realize that to win the fight needs to stop fighting. Puma pummels him but realizes it won’t bring satisfaction if Spider-Man’s not fighting back. Then the police come and Puma charges off the roof, but the police send a barrage of gunfire. Puma, shot, falls over the edge. When Spider-Man looks, there’s no body on the ground or any sign of him anywhere.
