Spider-Man saves Cardiac and the security guard in the toy factory. The toy factory is manufacturing dolls that are dangerous. Spidey and Cardiac find out that the parent company is Stane International and it is manufacturing weapons and testing them on humans. They show up at Stane Int. headquarters and fight the security detail. The man in charge runs outside but is caught by police who say they’re shutting him down for an investigation. Also, the first appearance of Carnage. He kills a random guy and says he chose him to be Carnage’s first victim because his name was stupid.
