Peter knows Eddie escaped and sends MJ to her sister’s. Eddie finds Peter and they walk to an alley to fight but Peter escapes in the chaos of a mugging. Peter checks his messages and his professor that a lab has had breakthroughs in cryogenics and want him to show up. He thinks he can freeze Venom in the place so he goes there. Venom finds him on his way there and they fight all the way to the lab. Spider-Man goes into the cryogenics lab and Venom locks him in the room and starts freezing him.
