She-Hulk asks for Spider-Man’s help. They go to a building Kingpin just bought and open some vault in the floor and She-Hulk tells Spider-Man to open the chest. When he does, a black cloud flies out and She-Hulk drops the vault door, trapping Spidey. He gets out and goes to the Avengers, but She-Hulk denies she left the compound and the other Avengers vouch for her. On his way home, a pigeon triggers Spider-Man’s spider sense but he swings on. The pigeon turns into an evil looking man who reveals to his master that he took the form of She-Hulk and unleashed the black cloud. Mary Jane is worried about her feelings toward Jason.
