Kingpin has Arranger killed by an assassin team from London called Knight and Fogg. Arranger tried to ask Spider-Man for protection, but Spidey wrote it off as a trap. Peter and Joe Robertson hash it out for a bit. Their friendship is dissolving because Joe thinks of Peter as a fraud and won’t forgive him for “faking” a photo of Spider-Man.
