Spider-Man catches Electro breaking into a vault. Dr. Octopus appears and says it was a hoax and he asks Electro to help him with a job. They leave together and Spider-Man goes to ESU. They’re working on an experiment to see if they can harness a viable alternative to nuclear power. Iron Man brings a device to aid in their efforts. On the set of MJ’s show, a man is killed by a light. The cord didn’t snap, it was cut. Nathan Lubensky (Aunt May’s fiancé) goes to a bank and gets a ton of money out. Dr. Octopus threatens Sandman* into helping form a new Sinister Six for a new job.

*Sandman is trying to live a normal life away from crime now.
