Nick Katzenberg confronts MJ with the pictures of Peter in his Spider-Man suit. She punches him in the face and makes her way to Malcolm McBride’s house to help Peter. Hobgoblin wants Hammerhead to pay to have Spider-Man killed. Hammerhead says bring his head and they’ll talk money. Spidey taunts Carrion until he unintentionally frees him and Spidey pulls down some sewer onto Carrion. Hobgoblin comes back and womps Spider-Man good up into the street. Spider-Man protects MJ and Malcolm’s mother in the street and Hobgoblin throws a pumpkin bomb at them but Carrion blocks it and it blows up in both their faces. They seemingly both die.
