Grizzly hops the train as well, to get Peter to set up the rematch. After some trouble, Peter changes to Spider-Man and fights Grizzly. He realizes that the only way to win this fight is to lose the fight on purpose to lift Grizzly’s bruised ego. It’s later revealed that Grizzly knows Spider-Man threw the fight, but doesn’t care anymore.
