Spider-Man stumbles upon Paladin in a warehouse and screws up whatever he was doing. He goes with Paladin back to Paladin’s employer Silver Sable to find out more. Apparently there’s some conspiracy involving some guy that could threaten peace on a global scale. Spider-Man offers to help out. Peter overhears Aunt May on the phone with a doctor saying that she has about 6 months to live.
