Venom finds Peter at Aunt May’s boarding house. He comes as Eddie Brock and tells Peter (in private) to meet him at a certain secluded place the next day for a showdown. Spider-Man meets him there and they fight for a while. Knowing he can’t win in a fight, Spider-Man takes off his suit and tells the symbiote that he wants it back. The symbiote tries to get off Eddie and go to Peter, but since it already bonded with Eddie, the strain is too much and it knocks both Eddie and the symbiote out. Peter calls Ben Grimm of the Fantastic Four to come pick it up.
