There’s a war going on in Belfast between the Brits and some terrorist group called the Black Hoods and Peter and Joy drive right into the heart of it. They get kidnapped by some of the Hoods and find themselves tied up in a Roxxon Oil building. The whole war is a scheme to get the Brits to buy a new weapon Roxxon created that U.S. refused to buy. Peter and Joy escape and the scheme is kaput when a higher up in Roxxon blows up the helicopter carrying the creator of the scheme.
