It’s Christmas Eve and Peter feels really down in the dumps because he’s all alone and everybody seems to have other plans for Christmas. The Black Cat dons her costume again and stops some thieves from stealing some mink coats and then gives the coats so some homeless women. Joe Robertson’s son is now married, but hasn’t told him yet. The Santa that has been going around stealing from people in the middle of the night robs the girls next door to Peter and he changes to Spidey and chases after him only to lose him. Peter then gets invited to Aunt May’s for Christmas breakfast. Outside, a Santa with a knife lurks, but decides to save killing Pete for another day.
