Peter’s apartment is in pretty bad shape due to smoke damage. He gets angry, but MJ convinces him to have them arrested instead of getting them back as Spider-Man. He finds out the name of the gang leader, Reno, and then has the gang arrested. Then Reno’s brother Hector pays their bail and then they threaten Peter again. He gets real pissed. Hector tells them he’ll kill Peter for free and leaves. Reno and the rest of the gang don’t like this, because they don’t want to go to jail so they run after him. Hector waits in Peter’s apartment for him to come home, but he’s out as Spider-Man finding Reno. They tell him about what’s happening and he rushes home just in time to save MJ as she enters his apartment. MJ leaves as Spidey scares Hector and comes back with cops who arrest him. Spider-Man leaves and comes back as Peter. Peter decides not to press charges against the gang, who decide not to ever harass him again or even continue their criminal life.
