The Hobgoblin blackmails a bunch of people using the info he got from Norman Osborn’s journals. Spider-Man fights Hobgoblin but gets knocked out with some Spider-sense killing gas. Kingpin wants to help Spider-Man defeat Hobgoblin, because he might interfere with business later.
