Punisher uses Boomerang to escape from prison, but makes sure Boomerang gets caught and sent back in again. Cloak and Dagger clean up some junkies and erase their need for drugs. Spider-Man finds a crack den with a bunch of dead/knocked out druggies. Cloak and Dagger are there as well. They reveal that the druggies were shot with mercy bullets by the Punisher. The Punisher finds out that Kingpin is behind the illegal drug market in New York and intends to kill him.
