Deb’s psychiatrist asks Peter to pretend to be Spider-Man to help her.

During his hearing, Boomerang tries to escape. Being there taking pictures, Peter changes into Spider-Man and stops him. He then follows some Spider sense tingling gentlemen to a museum where he finds The Owl plotting to take over as overlord of crime in New York. His partner in this, Doctor Octopus, won’t have a partnership and betrays The Owl. Spider-Man breaks up the party and fights both The Owl and Doc Ock. Both of them escape as he’s fighting their goons.
