Will o’ the Wisp goes around destroying Brand factories. Spider-Man investigates the one in Queens. While observing one of the rooms through the vents, he sees Tarantula being led in and put into some kind of liquid in a tank with talk of making him like Spider-Man. Spider-Man busts in and starts busting heads. Will o’ the Wisp comes in and tries to destroy all the machinery but gets into a fight with Spider-Man. Then, Tarantula emerges from his bath looking like a giant spider with big hairy arms and legs.
