Cloak and Dagger are back and taking down drug dealers who are selling cocaine and heroine to kids. They learn that the person behind all this selling drugs to kids business is Silvermane, who’s in a bed with many broken bones. Spider-Man and Cloak and Dagger go to Silvermane and fight off his goons. Cloak then coaxes Dagger to kill Silvermane with her daggers of light and she does. All the while Spider-Man tries to convince them to call the police instead of murdering him.
