Punisher kills some guy who’s working on a scam involving poison. Spider-Man goes after him and fights him. Doc Ock gets a hold of the poison and says he’ll kill 5 million people. And then kill another 5 million if they don’t pay him 20 million dollars. Spider-Man figures out he plans to poison the ink used in the Daily Bugle’s presses and defeats Doc Ock. Punisher gets caught by the police.
