The government is putting some devices underwater somewhere in the Atlantic ocean. Sub-Mariner gets upset because it’s mucking up life for him and his people in Atlantis. The uncle of Pete’s new quasi-girlfriend is supposed to put some more equipment down there, but needs Spider-Man to help protect in case Sub-Mariner attacks. Spider-Man and Sub-Mariner fight and eventually they decide to discuss things and Sub-Mariner mentions a place they can put their equipment where it won’t disrupt Atlantis and will actually be more beneficial.
