Flash has been seeing this girl named Sha-Shan he met in Vietnam at a restaurant, but the restaurant owner (named Korba) has been trying to shoo him away saying there is no such woman in the restaurant. Well, now things start to come to a head, because Flash finally found out she was married to Korba. And then in this issue he discovers that Korba is the leader of a cult called the Legion of Light that brainwashes people just to steal things from them. If he holds hands with Sha-Shan, they can emit a powerful light beam from their chests that acts as a hard punch. Flash keeps provoking fights by trying to get Sha-Shan to snap out of it.
