A guy in prison named Blackie Drago learns from a dying Adrien Toomes where the Vulture costume is. He breaks out, puts on the costume, and goes on a crime spree. Spider-Man fights him. The new Vulture drops him from the sky and Spider-Man then lays unconscious on a rooftop.
